These terms govern your use of PointsBank and the Points Bank Alexa skill.

Use of the Service

You may use the Alexa skill only with a valid PointsBank account that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for keeping your PointsBank login credentials secure.

Account Linking

The Alexa skill requires you to link your PointsBank account through OAuth. If your account link is removed, expires, or becomes invalid, the skill may stop working until you relink it.

Information Returned by Alexa

The skill is intended to provide quick voice access to your current points balance. Account balances and related information are provided for convenience and may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or outages.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Do not use the service in a way that interferes with normal operation or security controls.
• Do not rely on the Alexa skill as the sole source of truth for account administration or recordkeeping.

Changes and Availability

PointsBank may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms as the service evolves.
